The core of this program covers the laws that govern service dog use, demonstrates business rights and responsibilities in regard to service dogs in places of business, and teaches disability sensitivity methods that will ensure good relations with clients with disabilities. Program includes a comprehensive task demonstration by a service dog.
Wound throughout the program are the motivational messages of founder, Kimberly Carnevale. Kimberly is a former professional equestrian who was vying for a spot on the United States Equestrian team in the illustrious sport of show jumping until a devastating accident left her permanently disabled. Through personal stories and observations, she shares how she utilized adversity coupled by her athlete training and experience as a successful business owner in order to overcome her seemingly insurmountable challenges.
Kimberly perceptibly demonstrates how, when applied in a business setting, the implementation of these strategies boosts productivity, helps promote effectual leadership, eliminates ineffective procedures and ideologies, and ultimately creates a more successful working environment.
Kimberly is the perfect tour guide for those on the journey of true self-discovery who seek to create better lives and opportunities. Her motivational strategies inspire the corporate world, politics and successful day-to-day living.
The Canine and Abled, Inc. program is dedicated to promoting awareness and acceptance of service dog usage through motivational education. Illegal access denial and rude behavior is a widespread problem throughout the service dog community.
